 Head Receptionist

Jacki is most likely the first person you will see when you walk through the front door. She has taken on the responsiblity of the front, she is now our Head Receptionist!  If you have any problems please go to her and she will be able to help you. Not only does Jacki greet each of you as you enter the clinic, she has also taken responsibility for attaching digital copies of documents to medical records making sure that they are complete.  She is also the one that makes sure all clients get reminded when their pet’s treatments are due with phone calls and postcards.

Crystal is our newest member and she will be one of the first people who greets you as you walk in.  You will be welcomed with a wonderful

smile and a great personality.  She may be new but she is learning very quickly and is more than happy to help you in any way she can.  If

she does not have the answer she will not have any problems is finding the right person to help you.  She will also be helping with the duties of

doing the phone calls to check on your babies or to remind you of your appointments.
